Get access to your account 24 hours a day with our automatic Web Teller. Safe Internet access gives you instant information on your account with the click of your mouse. The Web Teller is updated every night about 6:00 pm. You can check your balances on all accounts and loans. You can also email the credit union with requests for transfers or loan payments. Web teller will be shut off the last day of the month after 5:30 pm until 8:00 am the following day in order for us to close the books, you will not be able to access your accounts during that time.
FIS will be updating the security features for online banking on 9/21/13. Due to the added security features some members will be required to participate in a step up process. This simply means that you will be prompted to provide additional information to validate your identity and the system you are using to log on. In order to complete this process you must have your phone number up to date with us so we can make sure it is up to date on the online banking system. This should only be a one time process unless you login from multiple devices. Sorry for any inconvenience but this added security is for your protection.
